Sales Tax

The Natural Zone is required to collect sales tax on orders shipped within New York State. Sales tax is NOT required for any orders shipped outside New York State.

Return Policy

At The Natural Zone, we insist that you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, simply return the product, within 60 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange (less shipping/handling fees).
Just send us the merchandise (to the address below), with your original dated invoice, and we will issue you a refund or exchange, whichever you prefer. Please include a note explaining the reason for your return. Please feel free to contact us with any comments, suggestions or concerns about our products and service.
