order will be processed immediately.
Ordering by Mail:
We gladly accept checks and money orders. You can simply print a copy of the
invoice generated by our shopping cart program and mail it along with
your check or money order to:

Make your check or money order payable to: "The Natural Zone". If you are
paying by credit card through the mail, be sure to include your signature,
card number, and expiration date.

Shipping and Handling
All orders are processed and shipped by the following business day. All orders are shipped using USPS or UPS. We are unable to ship to a P. O. Box.

Sales Tax
The Natural Zone is required to collect sales tax on orders shipped within New York State. Sales tax is NOT required for any orders shipped outside New York State.
Return Policy
At The Natural Zone, we insist that you are fully
satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied,
simply return the product, within 60 days of purchase for a full
refund or exchange (less shipping/handling fees).
Just send us the merchandise (to the address below), with your original
dated invoice, and we will issue you a refund or exchange, whichever
you prefer. Please include a note explaining the reason for your return.
